A microscope is an instrument used to magnify small size things which cannot be seen by eye directly. The microscope which is commonly used in school is light microscope. Some light microscope have one viewing lens (monocular) and some have two viewing lenses (binocular).

A light microscope uses optical lens system, and consists of light field microscope, dark field microscope, fluorescence microscope, and contrast microscope, but the microscope which often used in schools is the light microscope

The object that will be seen by microscope is called preparation. Preparation is made by slashing or without slashing
