Share
The part of microscope consist of

a.     Ocular lens
Ocular lens is the lens near the observer or the place where our eyes can see image, it function to enlarge the image from the objective lens and make illusory image that is up right, and magnifield

The magnification by an ocular lens is 5x, 10x, and 15x but magnification of 10x is most often used

b.    Objective lens
Object lens is the lens near the object, it functions to magnify the image of the body (preparation), make a real image that is reversed, and magnified

The magnification of objective lens varies according to the model and the make, for example : 10x, 40x, and 100x

c.     Diaphragm
Diapragm has a function to reulate the amound of light to the condenser.

In a simple microscope, there is only a diaphragm, and condenser

d.    Mirror
The mirror function to reflect light a light source to the condenser. It consist of flat mirror and concave mirror. The flat mirror is used if the light source is bright enough while the concave mirror is used if the light source is not so bright. The mirror in the microscope can be removed and replace with a lamp as a light
