Plants and animal are including into organism, so they have the characteristic of living things, but there are characteristic difference between them

The difference in characteristic among plants and animals are as follows.

1.     Movement method

Animal move actively by changing place so we can easily see their movement, while the movement in plants is passive movement (not charging place) so it is hard movement.

2.     Method of obtaining food.

In elementary, you have learned that plants can make their own food through the process of photosynthesis (analysis about photosynthesis will be discussed specifically)

On the contrary animal cannot make their own food, so the need for depends on other organisms

Based food, animal are grouped into 3 groups as follows

a.     Herbivores : animal which eat plants

b.    Carnivores :animal which eat meat (of another animal)

c.     Omnivores : animal which eat plant and meat

Plants have no particular organ to know the situation around, while animal have organs to know the situation around. The organ is known as sense.
